Orfeó Balear
For adults aged 16 to 67
The Orfeó Balear is one of the most prestigious choirs in the Balearic Islands, with more than 120 members on staff. It forms part of a larger cultural community alongside the Camerata Balear Orchestra, the Orfeó de Mallorca, the Children's Orfeó, the European Symphony Orchestra, and the Balearic Lyric Circle. It hosts a concert calendar throughout the season that includes symphonic and choral concerts with the Camerata Balear Orchestra and the European Symphony Orchestra, as well as concerts with a varied repertoire and by great classical and contemporary composers. Its traditional annual events include the Grand Opera Gala during the summer season, Handel's Messiah at the Palma Auditorium, and the traditional Christmas Concert. The Orfeó Balear organizes the Balearic Classical Music Festival, which includes several high-quality concerts with a varied repertoire throughout the year.

Orfeó Infantil
For children from 7 to 15 years old
For boys and girls who love to sing and want to be part of the Balearic Community. Choral singing is a highly stimulating and creative activity, open to friendship and a sense of teamwork. They will be introduced to singing technique and musical language with qualified teachers specializing in choral singing. They will participate alongside the Orfeó Balear in selected concerts. The Children's Orfeó rehearses in the same venue as the Camerata Balear Orchestra, on Fridays from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the center of Palma. Orfeó Infantil Balear choristers have the opportunity to continue as members of the Orfeó Balear after completing the Children's Orfeó program, participating in major symphonic-choral productions and in a prestigious cultural community. In addition, children over 13 years of age studying a musical instrument at a conservatory or music school may participate in the Camerata Balear Orchestra free of charge. Limited places available.

Orfeó de Mallorca
The Orfeó de Mallorca is an affiliated choir of the Orfeó Balear, bringing together singers from the municipality of Palma as well as from other towns across the island such as Alaró, Binissalem, Consell, Bunyola, Marratxí, Alcúdia, Inca, Santa Eugènia, Santa Maria, Calvià, Sencelles, Llucmajor, and more. With a highly varied repertoire and a specialization in a cappella music, the Orfeó de Mallorca is made up of around 50 singers and offers a series of high-quality concerts throughout the year. It also takes part, alongside the Orfeó Balear and other affiliated choirs, in several musical events during the season. In addition, it regularly performs in concerts with symphonic bands. In recent years, the Orfeó de Mallorca has revived high-quality works by Catalan, Mallorcan, Spanish, and British composers that are rarely performed on the islands. These include the *Cantata de Nadal* by Francesc Vila Nadal, Llum i Misteri and the zarzuela El Anillo de Hierro by composer Miquel Marquès. Its repertoire also includes film music, world music, works by Federico García Lorca, musicals, and the Gospel Mass by Jacob de Haan.

Camerata Balear
Orchestra
The Camerata Balear Orchestra is composed mostly of students from the professional and advanced levels of the conservatory. It also includes other instrumental students who have completed the third year of the professional level, even though their training is not formal. Comprised of approximately 30 musicians ranging in age from 14 to all ages, it typically performs a series of concerts each season, many of them with the Orfeó Balear, where they work on a variety of symphonic repertoires, including classical works, symphonic choral works, musicals, films, and operas. The Camerata Balear Orchestra offers an ideal and trustworthy space for developing as musicians by performing in a real-life concert setting in front of an audience. It rehearses every Friday in the center of Palma from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
